About Father John Schork: Father John was born and raised in Louisville and later journeyed to the Archdiocese of St. Louis for his seminary formation in Warrenton. He went on to serve in the area as director of Our Lady’s Retreat House in Normandy/Bel-Nor, forming many lasting friendships along the way. As he celebrates the 50th anniversary of his priestly ordination on June 4, Father John now lives in Houston, where he serves as vocation director and local superior with the Passionists. He remains deeply grateful for the many friendships and connections formed during his years in St. Louis and holds them close in prayer. Each day, as he celebrates the Eucharist, Father John remembers with gratitude all those God has placed in his life and ministry.
