The PRC is seeking a strategic, mission-focused operations leader to support our Executive Director in executing a vision of hospitality, spiritual growth, and organizational excellence. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, collaborative leaders with nonprofit, hospitality, or retreat experience.
✔️ Oversee retreat operations and staff
✔️ Lead internal systems, HR, and finance
✔️ Support nonprofit growth and sustainability
This is a full-time, salaried role for professionals with 3–6+ years of experience. Great benefit package and work environment.
