Talk on Laudato Si’, climate change
Mark Etling, adjunct professor of theology at Saint Louis University, will present “Laudato Si’ — A Catholic Call to Save Our Planet,” at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2, at St. Cletus Church, 2705 Zumbehl Road in St. Charles. Etling will address how Pope Francis shows us a uniquely Catholic path to combatting climate change called “ecological conversion,” a new and spiritual way of understanding ourselves, each other, society and the Earth. This event will take place in the lower level of the parish hall. For more information, email Pam Brown at pbrown6726@sbcglobal.net.
