Attorney Chris Archer will walk through the language of Amendment 3 from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 29, at St. Mary Magdalen, 2618 S. Brentwood Blvd. in Brentwood. Archer will show how the language of the proposed amendment can be interpreted under the law and will provide time for questions and answers.
