Bonnie Engstrom on her son’s miraculous healing and Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen

Bonnie Engstrom has experienced the intercession of Archbishop Fulton J. Sheen firsthand. Her son, James, was born without a pulse but, 61 minutes his birth, his heart started to beat and he took a breath. The miracle has been attributed to Archbishop Sheen, who will be beatified Sept. 24 at The Dome at America’s Center in Downtown St. Louis.
