Human Resources Director

The Marianists in St. Louis are seeking a Human Resources Director to foster a positive and compliant workplace environment. The HRD will oversee all aspects of human resources including employee relations, performance management, benefits administration and payroll. This role requires a proactive leader with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage HR Operations. Minimum of 8 years’ experience in multi-state environment and 15% travel required.
