Chief Financial Officer

The St. Louis Community Foundation seeks a strategic, mission-driven Chief Financial Officer to steward finances and uphold public trust.

Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will:

• Lead financial operations, compliance, and investment oversight

• Manage donor-advised fund portfolios and grant administration

• Oversee technology systems and cross-functional integration

• Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team

• Support donor engagement and complex gift planning

Qualifications include:

• 10+ years’ nonprofit finance leadership

• CPA/CMA preferred

• Deep understanding of nonprofit accounting, investments, and donor relations

• Community foundation or local philanthropic experience is a plus
