Whole Hog Sausage Dinner

The Knights of Columbus Council #1185 will host its semi-annual Whole Hog Sausage Dinner from 11 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 11 at the Knights of Columbus Hall in De Soto. Proceeds from the event go toward hall maintenance and St. Rose of Lima School. A craft fair is held in the hall while meals are being served. For $15 per adult and and $7 per child (age 6 and under are free), diners will get all-you-can-eat pork sausage, sauerkraut and neck/pork bones, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, fried apples, ice cream and a drink. Beef plates will also be available.
