REST Retreat (Restfully Embrace Sacred Time)

Give yourself a time of rest in the quiet beauty of Mercy Center. Disconnect from stress and pressure and reconnect with your deeper self. Mindfully walk the paths or labyrinth, pray in our sacred chapel space, enjoy simple creative activities, read, journal or simply rest in the stillness. This silent retreat provides you with a private room/private bath as well as comfortable lounges for reflection. To provide the most restful rhythm, the structure is limited to mealtimes and arrival/departure times. There are no conferences or prayer services, though participants are welcome to sign up for a spiritual companioning session. All faith traditions are welcome.
