Pallottine Retreat & Conference Center in Florissant, Missouri, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our Food Service Team in a beautiful, peaceful, mission-driven environment.

This is more than a kitchen management position—it’s an opportunity to use your culinary creativity and leadership skills to create memorable dining experiences for guests seeking renewal, learning, and connection. As a working manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team while planning menus, preparing quality meals, overseeing kitchen operations, managing budgets and inventory, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hospitality.
