Finance Manager

Light a Single Candle Foundation (LASC) is hiring a Finance Manager to lead all financial operations for our growing nonprofit dedicated to sustainable poverty recovery. Based in Chesterfield, MO, this role oversees financial management for LASC and Poppa Tango Enterprises, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, audits, grant disbursements, and partner financial reviews. The Finance Manager also supports ROI analysis for community transformation initiatives and manages investment reporting and advisor relationships.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, 5+ years of nonprofit financial experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and a commitment to LASC’s mission. Salary range: $110–$120K, plus benefits.
