The Roman Catholic Foundation of Eastern Missouri is looking for an Administrative Assistant that is passionate about helping sustain the Catholic church in the Archdiocese of St. Louis for future generations.  As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level administrative support to the team by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, and implementing day-to-day constituent marketing communication.

 

Ideal candidates will:

  • Assist in the management of overall operations of Roman Catholic Foundation of Eastern Missouri
  • Assist in managing relationships with donors, key constituents, and partners
  • Perform all general office functions, including receiving visitors, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Support internal and external meetings; scheduling, agendas, handouts and minutes
  • Support Planned Giving administration activities
  • Coordinate marketing agenda and related activities; social media, event support, campaign support…
  • Coordinate donor and stakeholder events
  • Coordinate special projects as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
