Lazarus Small Engine Repair

Father Kevin Schroeder tends to the spiritual needs of his parishioners as pastor at Incarnate Word Parish in Chesterfield, but he also tends to their mechanical needs through his Lazarus Small Engine Repair ministry.

Father Schroeder regularly takes time each week to work on various items that get dropped off at the rectory such as lawn mowers and chainsaws.

“Lazarus is brought back to life and set back to work in a community and so that’s kind of what I want this stuff to do is get a new life and get back to work cutting grass and taking care of people’s yards,” Father Schroeder said.
