VP/COO-CBC High School

Christian Brothers College High School (CBC) is a renowned Catholic, Lasallian high school serving young men in grades 9-12 in St. Louis, Missouri.  We are currently in search of a dedicated and experienced leader to serve as Vice President/Chief Operating Officer (VP/COO).

The VP/COO plays a pivotal role in upholding and enhancing the operational efficiency and strategic direction of CBC High School.  Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the school’s executive leadership team, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills to lead and develop operational and financial strategy.

This position has significant supervisory responsibility. The VP/COO oversees the Director of Information Technology, the Director of Facilities and the Controller.  This position also is the point person for the human resources functions within the school.

Ideal candidate would have

• Bachelor degree in relevant field (MBA preferred)
• 8-10 years of experience in senior leadership roles in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Background in strategic planning, resource allocation and team building
• Experience in project management
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
• Critical thinking, problem solving and decision making abilities
• Experience working for a non-profit and/or educational institution preferred, but not required
• Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge and Raiser’s Edge preferred, but not required
