Operations Manager/Integrator

Veils by Lily is urgently hiring for the role of Operations Manager/Integrator. This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to improve accountability and overall performance.

Both internal and external applicants will be considered.

The ideal candidate will be able to work on-site at our Kimmswick, MO location and must exhibit:

– Excellent communication skills
– Sound leadership skills
– Willingness to learn EOS terminology
– Ability to communicate effectively with VBL leadership.
– Willingness to learn and use new apps.
