At Stephen Ministries St. Louis, we’re all about building a more caring world. We’re a Christian nonprofit organization that has spent the past 50 years equipping people to care for others with excellence.

We’re best known for Stephen Ministry, our caregiving ministry system used in thousands of churches from over 190 denominations around the world, including over 900 Catholic parishes. We also produce books, courses, and other resources on topics such as grief, empathy, cancer, assertiveness, and leadership.

An exciting new initiative at Stephen Ministries is helping congregations and other organizations play a key role in combating the mental health crisis by preventing mental distress and promoting mental health and well-being.

As we celebrate 50 years in ministry and look toward the next 50 years, we are continuing to add to our team with FT and PT opportunities available in the following areas:
