Leadership Opportunity: Executive Director of Operations

Ascension Parish in Chesterfield is seeking a faith-filled, mission-driven Executive Director of Operations (EDO) to serve as the senior operational leader of the parish, school, and affiliated organizations. Reporting directly to the Pastor, the EDO will oversee parish and school operations, financial sustainability, compliance, staff leadership, and organizational effectiveness in support of the Church’s mission of evangelization and service.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic and collaborative leader with personal integrity and a commitment to Catholic values, along with 10–15 years of significant leadership experience in business, nonprofit management, and/or service to the Catholic Church.
