Director of Operations

Saint Louis Priory School is seeking a Director of Operations who will ensure the efficient and strategic management of all physical assets and supporting infrastructure for the School and Monastery. The Director of Operations is responsible for the operations including campus grounds, building maintenance, food services, energy management, and campus security for the monastery and school as well as facility rentals for non-school programs. The ideal candidate will possess a process-improvement mindset, comprehensive facilities management experience, experience managing and meeting budget targets, and experience working in a school or residential facility.
