Six Saints in Sixty Minutes

Come journey through history and Scripture as we explore the notion of a “Jubilee Year”, a custom adapted into the Christian Calendar by Pope Boniface in 1300 AD. Our pilgrimage will take us through the four Patriarchal Basilicas in Rome where we will meet up with Saints Peter and Paul. We will then journey to Assisi where Saints Francis, Clare, and Carlo Acutis will be our guides. We will wrap up in Padua to meet our parish’s patron saint, Anthony. Our tour guide will be Fr. Michael Powell, a priest of the Diocese of Joliet, IL who pastors in the rural parishes in Watseka, Crecent City and Beaverville, IL.
