Foundations of Mindfulness
Join us as we explore the practices and benefits of mindfulness while gaining support in establishing a daily practice. Topics include: mindful breathing, listening, speaking, and eating; loving kindness for self and others; the neuroscience underlying the benefits of mindfulness.
