LOVE, TWICE GIVEN — Archdiocesan administrator Bishop Robert J. Hermann talks with the Rutkoski family of St. Robert Bellarmine Parish in St. Charles at the annual adoption Mass held Nov. 16 at the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis. John and Katie Rutkoski have two children, Liliana and James, both 4 years old, who were adopted from Guatemala. The Mass recognizes the double gift of adoption for both the birth family and the adoptive family. The event is organized by the archdiocesan Respect Life Apostolate and Good Shepherd Children and Family Services.
